Counselling - Usually short-term (1-10 sessions) dealing with a concrete issue/s in your current life using inner and outer resources available to you. Often, but not exclusively, working with 'conscious processes.'
Psychotherapy - Open ended, with the overall aim of changing yourself, of deep internal change, working with both 'conscious and unconscious processes.'
